In the Labs

Introducing our intake prototype, now in its final stages and soon to be in production. It delivers +30 horsepower and 17 lbs/ft torque without a tune, and +50 horsepower and +44 lbs/ft when tuned. We’ve tested it extensively in various conditions—road, snow, rain, altitude, heat, and offroad—to ensure it meets performance standards. Power gains are verified on chassis and brake dynos at renowned shops like JBA Speed Shop and Veracity Racing Data LLC. We deeply appreciate their support!

Here’s how we ran our subject truck on the dynamometer (dyno) on JBA Speed Shop Mustang Dyno before we tuned our transmission.

3d Printing

Rapid ProtoTyping

Rapid Prototyping with additive tech such as 3D Printing has helped us quickly adapt and create items to use on our shop truck and tools. We use 3D Printing for fitment, use and customizing prototypes. Our 3d Printer is is the Qidi Tech-Max3.

Tuning Software

When tuning an engine, we tune for optimal volumetric efficiency. Optimizing the volumetric efficiency will not only help the engine run smoother but also deliver more power. We use HP Tuners not only for engine tuning but testing and monitoring our engines so we can see see just how far we can safely push the performance envelope with our products and prototypes.
